Do you ever get where you go to a restaurant for a certain dish, and that dish only?
Like, I know that just about everything here at Ming's on Montrose is great (I've tasted tidbits off of friends plates :), but I come here for the Mushroom Chicken Delight.
Or when I got to El Pueblito, it's always for the Caribbean snapper, or the Charamusca.
Niko Niko's for Gyros plate, or the Spinach Feta Chicken Pita.
Back Home . . .
Si Se�or's for Red Cheese Enchiladas with one egg over medium, Thank you very much, or Green Chili Stew.
And El Camino for Red Chili Stew and Spanish Rice.
Golden Palace for Family style Tofu.
Ok, so, Lemongrass totally doesn't fit this rule. I might as well scan the menu I still have hanging on my frig and insert it here.
Hehe . . . My friends like to quiz me when they come over. They'll grab the menu and choose an item and ask me how to make it.
