It's bloody fantastic, delicious even, that I don't have to be to work till 9. I've made myself breakfast, walked the dogs, played tennis with the dogs, did some dishes (I know scocking as it may seem) packed my lunch, had an Incredable single origin, fair trade nicaraguan in my cup, AND still I have time to sit down write this, iron my pants, and still get to work just a bit early. I so am in love with this situation.

Corazon and I have decided that we need a standing 'date' night each week. I'm leaning towards Thursday evenings. Were kicking it off with Sunday brunch at my place and a trip to the museum. We would so make a great couple if I were straight or she a gay man. I think best friends on the planet is a great compromise though. Possibly even better.

I've whipped my little fat merlin into much better shape then he was when I got him. He lost way to much weight way to fast, cause I was walking him four times a day AND he refused to eat for the first 4, but now he's adjusted and building some tone in his little legs. He's feeling more spry also, as he now can jump onto the furniture if he REALLY sets his mind to it. I still encourage mia to bite his ass when he trys to hump her. She comes running to me, "The NERVE of that bastard, really!"

I'm sequestering myself away for the weekend. I'll worship with paint and brush. Well with sand paper and power tools as I've got to frame out the 4' by 6'1" panels. 1.618 is a beautiful thing.
