I went to santafe yesterday. I saw some amazing, AMAZING art. Roy spent over 4,000 dollars in total on art yesterday. Not for his gallery, just for him. Whoa. Atleast he has good taste.

The contemporary art galleries in Santa Fe are BRILLIANT! I've not been so inspired in a very long time. New game plan: Scrap presenting my portfolio to galleries for the time being. Work on getting some pieces into juried shows. The oort cloud pieces would be MONSTROUSLY expensive to ship to shows so I've got to start working in a more manageable size. Which I have been, but I've been doing a lot of . . . side projects. I've got to regain focus. I think I'm going to lowes to cut a bunch of masonite into 18" squares, and 18" by 29" rectangles. I'm going to frame them out deeper also. Really make them pop off the wall. Cradle the panels out with 1 by 4's or so. That way they are completely ready to go once I'm done painting them. No framing nothing, just these little windows to nebulas projecting from your wall. The word de jour, err, de foreseeable future is cohesion, cohesion, cohesion.

blab. blab. blab.

Hugs.
