Have you ever looked at the world through rose colored glasses? No, seriously. My new prescription sunglasses have a rose tent to them, a bit, not very noticable, anyway, oh my gosh the world now looks like the way I see it in my soul! The colors are amazing! I feel awakened and revitalized everytime I look through them.

so, not-green-eyed man tells me we need to see each other, as in go out, last saturday, sometime last week. Didn't happen. Not for lack of trying on my part.

He Calls me yesterday (yay) says the same and that I should call him that evening. I called him last night. He didn't call me back.
I called him this morning, let him know I was making Italian for me and some friends, he hasn't called. I even texted him for good measure, as he says sometimes his phone doesn't notify him of voice messages, still nothing. BLEH. What the fucking ever.

sausage and peppers
turkey thighs roasted with lemons, oregano, and garlic
rapini with smoked turkey, shallots, and a stock reduction
roasted new potatoes with sage and balsalmic vinegar
Squash simply sauted
and strawberries with warm tapioca or vanilla icecream for dessert.
