Sleeping a Death Sleep, that I'm not really sure how the phone managed to wake me out of.

Bleary eyed at 9:00 PM.

Yep.

I keep the phone in bed with me, usually for just such occurrences.

I am not a cognizant person when this occurs, as Jet can well attest.

Anyway, my friend Rachel calls me the other night. She Had just read my entry. "If wishes were fishes"

I answer the phone. "hello?"

She answers "If I lived by you, I'd be astop by friend."

AHHHH...

My brain is freaking at this point.... oh, it's just a dream. This is about my diary entry.... I think I bounce back and forth between realities for awhile until I finally wake up.

We had the BEST conversation! I was laughing so hard, I nearly became ill, and actually stopped breathing a couple of times... Dangerous, I know, but I love when that happens. :)

She is student teaching this spring, and we swapped stories about our kids.

Somehow we got onto the subject of cough medicine. I think cause I started coughing cause I was laughing so hard.

Anyway, she was saying how her mom always said that non-drowsy formulas of cough syrup are a bunch of crap. That the last thing she wanted around was a cranky sick child who is NOT sleeping. Rachel said she would mix the stuff in grape Kool-aid, to help them sleep. I was laughing my ass off. This so is not as funny now, but to hear Rachel telling it. OH MAH GAHD!

Needless to say. I had so much fun, and was very awake after words, but I didn't care.
