Hmmmm..........

Went rollerblading.

Feel better.

Fell once, as I tried to spin and turn at an acute angle onto a newly poored slab of concrete parking lot. A move that would have been executed with ease at one time.

Oh well, sometimes falling is fun.

Stood under my Garden Gate Archway and gazed up in awe at the 2 inch long buds of the glorious Dutchmen's pipe.

I had given up on it ever blooming.

It has a reputation for being difficult to grow.

Shhhh..... But don't tell that to the emerald ropes of mottled leaves and vines twining for yards in every direction on my patio. Even up into the branches of the old gray bark zelkova that looms over the 3 story tall apartments.

I can't wait to behold the maroon and cream, salad plate sized, mottled blossoms.
