October.
Monday, Oct. 07, 2002 @ 5:21 a.m.

It's all about outlooks really.

I know a person. He bellows long and hard about how much life sucks, so it does for him. He has left himself without a single, solitary positive point of light to focus on. He is miserable in the worst way.

I believe that.

So, really, I'm trying to put it in my brain that these next 3 weeks of school are going to be just fabulous.

I'm not voicing that their is a pit of dread welling up in my chest over them. That work is so EASY this year that the lack of challenge has finally wained on me, and I find myself just not even wanting to go in.

Short week this week.

Short week next week.

Out today for curriculum writing.

Holiday this Friday and Monday for Columbus day.

Out next Tuesday so I can fly to some conferance.

It's October that does this to me. I know it is. October seems to be my Saturday of the year. The month I want to run amuck shirking all responcibility, and not running with a determined pace to get all the legitimate stuff done, and the hoops jumped through.

Mal, it would be your Friday.
