I wanted braised eggplant in blackbean sauce off the trashy chinese buffet around the corner.
Alas, my automatic deposit has NOT gone through yet. (I've checked it thrice in the last few moments, Yes, it was a VERY "are we there yet, are we there yet, are we there yet." moment)
Looks like it's left over dirty rice and okra goulash-- again.
I love it, really.
It's just that I started drooling over the prospects of eggplant on the way home.
anyway.
I'm going to eat my left overs and keep taking my online classes so I can get my laptop computer, yes they have stooped to dangling very attractive baubles in front of my eyes at work.
