Bassem started a discussion the other night that has disturbed me. Basically it boiled down to him saying that "It would not be good for a child to be brought up in a same sex family." In the words of the imcomprable Margaret Cho, I may have "put words in mommies mouth that mommy did not say" Anyway, he is the one that wants kids of the human persuasion. I feel like I'm going to have to do some educating. If you have not seen the film, "It's elementary." You really really need to. All this was brought about because one of the couples on our trip to New Orleans last weekedn was a lesbian couple expecting their first child.
