I just got out of my first counciling session, well first in many years. I feel hopeful and thankful I have some one in the here and now to help me muddle through this. She seems really great, and it was certainly very easy to talk to her. I love the style in her office, style being the opperative word. And her couch is this lovely shade of musturd. I'm loving yellow lately.

I like that she gave me art for homework. A piece representing what I've been feeling the last few weeks.
