Ensnare.
Monday, Jan. 23, 2006 @ 8:07 a.m.

What a lovely weekend. I awoke this morning with the distinct impression that Ive been off for a few days. It was a few moments of blinking the sleep out of my eyes before I realized that its only been a normal weekend. Oh well, I like that I feel so rested. Regardless of the actual amount of time Ive had off. At any rate, it is fast approaching the time when Ill be required to stop with the leisurely perusal of my morning reads and writes, dispense with the lovely sips of coffee and head off to work. My boss wont be around till Thursday, which is hanging over all of our heads as we have a rather important visit on Monday from some government types. So I expect things to turn entirely hectic on Thursday from all the poking and prodding the boss will do to make sure we are ready. I suppose it could get hectic as early as today if she has left some of her loyal minions in her stead to do the poking and prodding. I dont think she is a micromanager like that though.

Well another week down and Ive managed to NOT touch the paints at all. I think drastic measures are called for. Ill hold brushes in my hand tonight even if nothing is the result of it.
