fleshing out the empty spaces
Wednesday, Jun. 21, 2006 @ 7:18 a.m.

Hmm. It's been an interesting week.

My grandma seems better. Says she feels the best she has in a long while. No clue why her electrolytes plumated to near fatal levels. Good news is that the shadow in her chest is clean, not a tumor. They did find that she has three leaking heart valves though. I guess that can be controlled with medication.

My cousin. 21 years old and his body is literally consumed with cancer. Were waiting for the pathology report. Evidently their is a form of childhood cancer that is exstremely curable, even at this late stage of the game. Whisper your prayers please.

My 2 week excellerated class, a full semester in 2 fucking weeks, SUCKS. So, so boring. I spend my time drawing and coming up with compositional sketches for future pieces, and chiming into the discussion just often enough to give the illusion of interest. It's a shame to, cause I find second language acquisition fascinating, but this guy just yammers on and on and on, and we get to like 30 minutes of meat in the 4 hour sessions.

My little red-bellied parrot boy is supposed to arrive tomorrow on a 1pm flight. Keeping my fingers crossed that all will be accomplished with care and compassion.

I have to get on the move.

Hugs to you.
