I guess I'll be graphicless until I migrate my image hosting or, switch to blogspot. Which really makes me sad. I feel a great deal of loyalty to diaryland, my journal's home for the past what, 6? 7? years? Time was that andrew ALWAYS answered emails. That hasn't happened in longer then I can remember. Oh well. It was good while it lasted. This entry was supposed to be about my new favorite leafy green. In case you didn't know, leafy greens are one of my very favorite foods. Today was alllll about the sweet potato leaves. yes, that's right, sweet potato leaves. I had them for the first time at the super fantabulous chopstix on the corner of san pedro and lomas and loved them. I surfed the net and found out they are, indeed, the leaves of our common supermarket sweet potato. So, I bought a couple let them sprout and planted them out in the veggie patch. Tonight I had my first batch, a simple addition to a chicken, yellow squash, and thai basil stir fry. I'm definately going to grow them from now on. They are so easy, and their nutritional profile is off the charts. HUGS. WE ALL FALL DOWN
