I love getting a goods night sleep like that. Asleep by 8:30 (after watching Buffy, Mal) and up at 5:00.

This is NOT my month for issues of the pocketbook.

I mean really, who notifies an employee the day before they are receiving their check that they are going to do this kind of thing. I seriously want to reek some havoc. I'm going to be the thorn in posterior. I feel like yelling and screaming and totally breaking character with my normal self.

Breath, focus on the positive.

My boss was so appreciative for all the work that I did for the magnet visit yesterday that she pulled me out of the last couple hours of school yesterday and took me to lunch. She endears me to her and that school with simple little things like that.

My coffee this morning has a mouth-feel more akin to black tea. I'm not savoring it. Rather I'm just downing it like a drought of medicine.
