At anyrate, he breeds roses of such astonshing beauty, vigor, and delightful fragrance that just viewing his web page makes my eyes tear out of sheer admiration. I know there are other more noble people to choose as heros, but there you are. I've long since claimed that I want my ashes spread in the planting whole of a Graham Thomas rose. I hope my family realizes I'm not joking. One of my greatest joys is a branch of my parents Graham Thomas that has developed a sport, a genetic mutation that can be reproduced by cuttings. It's a pale pink version of the glowing Mr. Thomas that takes on a clear yellow glow as the blossom matures. I so hope the cuttings I had my father take hold true to form. Maybe I can actually meet my hero, once I share with him what one of his stunning creations has brought into the world. Hugs. WE ALL FALL DOWN
