Hmm, it's been a really pleasant Christmas this year. I've split the time with my sister's and brother's family. We went for a walk yesterday out to the old homestead near my brother's land trying to find my polarizing filter that fell off my camera the last time I visited, with no luck. (meh!) Christmas Eve was all about the Thai food: Tom Kah Gai (Chicken and coconut soup), Neur Gra Prow (Spicy Basil Beef) and Shrimp in a sweet and spicy sauce with pecans. Christmas day we switched gears and had some great food. My mom's lovely tacos, red cheese enchiladas, green chili antelope stew, and tamales. It has felt so good to be near my family this year. Last year I felt like the odd ball partnerless fellow; it really ended up getting my quite down. This year I'm more comfortable in my partnerless skin.

My dad and I are busy cradeling and framing various paintings for the show. (wink to zuzu, your's looks great) It's great having him around for this. The boxes, cradles, are coming out much better with helping hands around. I'm a good wood worker, but he's great.

I don't really have much of anything to report on.
